Welcome to Meryen City Moving Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.     Services Provided

Meryen City Moving Inc offers residential and commercial moving services, including packing, transportation, and storage solutions. Specific service details and availability may vary.

3. Booking and Cancellations

·        All bookings must be confirmed at least 2 (two) days before the moving date.

·        Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

·        Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payments

·        Pricing is based on factors such as distance, volume, and additional services requested.

·        A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

·        Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

·        Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

·        Ensure accurate details are provided at the time of booking.

·        Properly pack and label items unless using our packing services.

·        Be present during pickup and delivery or assign an authorized representative.

·        Secure valuables and fragile items separately.

6. Liability and Insurance

·        Meryen City Moving Inc is not responsible for damages due to improper packing by the customer.

·        Limited liability coverage is included, but additional insurance may be purchased for high-value items.

·        We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be transported:

·        Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)

·        Perishable goods

·        Illegal substances

·        High-value items without prior notice (jewelry, cash, important documents)

8. Storage Services

·        Storage services are available for short-term and long-term needs.

·        Customers must ensure all stored items are properly labeled.

·        We are not responsible for items left beyond the agreed storage period.

9. Dispute Resolution

·        Any disputes must be reported within 2 days of service completion.

·        We aim to resolve complaints amicably; however, legal disputes will be handled in accordance with the State of Illinois law.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
